Banana Bread Bites with Cinnamon Frosting
So I decided to switch it up from banana bread to little bites! They are soft with a cake-like texture and lots of flavor. I topped it off with the frosting to add some sweetness and they are hard to not eat. They are also refined sugar free (minus the frosting) and overall a great healthy snack!
4 Easy Steps:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whisk egg in large bowl. Add banana and mash up. Add almond butter, apple sauce, maple syrup and vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients together, and slowly combine dry ingredients with wet. Mixing continuously until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Line sheet with a non-stick agent. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, or until batter has firmed up a bit. Create even size (about 1 tbsp) scoops of dough. Let cook for about 7-10 minutes. They rise up really quick so be sure to not overcook them!
What you will need:

2 1/2 ripe banana
