Step 1: Consultation

If you’re ready to start your heath journey, book a 30 minute health consultation call with me. You will have the opportunity to talk about your main health concerns and current symptoms, as well as goals you would like to accomplish for your longevity.

Step 2: Assess

We will establish your goals and do a comprehensive assessment of your current food and lifestyle habits. Through evaluation of lab work and current symptoms, I will share my approach and address your current imbalances/symptoms that you are struggling with.

Step 4: Heal

You will resolve all of your symptoms of imbalance, have a deeper connection with your body, and transform your health — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Utilizing your tools and resources, you will step into a life of confidence and power.

Step 3: Hormonize

We will create a clear and attainable plan that will allow you to achieve your goals. We will reflect on your progress from week to week, address questions and focus on areas that need support. Small steps will lead to bigger results.
