The Moistest GF Banana Bread Ever
Yep… another banana bread BUT this one is truly the moistest banana bread I have ever had. It is also completely refined sugar free, dairy free and gluten free! It taste like it is really bad for you, but it is not (other than the chocolate chips). This bread melts in your mouth, and lasted for less then a day in the house!
4 Easy Steps:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl whisk egg, then add bananas. Mash them up, leaving a few pieces chunkier than others for texture. Add apple sauce, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix until combined
Add flour, baking soda and salt. Fully combine and add chocolate chips
Pour into buttered bread dish. Let cook for 50-60 minutes and allow to cool before eating.
What you will need:
3 bananas
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cup almond flour
1 cup choco chips
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
