You can add or subtract any of these ingredients as I know they aren’t all in everyone’s pantry, but i highly recommend getting them bc they make salads more tasty and nutrient dense :)

I saved half and came back to it later and the romaine became super fresh & crispy, making it even tastier!

As always - the amounts per ingredient are suggestions, but with a salad you have the freedom to do more or less whatever sounds good to you.

The prep:

  1. Prepare all of your ingredients. Add to bowl and top with any seasonings. Enjoy!

The goods:

  • 1/2 head romaine

  • 1/4 red onion, sliced or diced

  • 1-2 large carrots (half sliced, half shredded)

  • 5-10 tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 handful of sprouts

  • 1 tbsp Majestic garlic sprouted hummus

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp pine nuts

  • 5 olives

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Everything bagel seasoning for garnish

  • Lemon mustard dressing:

    • 1/2 lemon

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp mustard
