I offer packages for those who don’t need weekly accountability, but are still seeking support for their health imbalances. My approach starts with a thorough assessment of your food and lifestyle habits, alongside lab work and an evaluation of your exercise routine. We focus on identifying and resolving issues such as hormone imbalances, gut dysbiosis, and weight gain. Each package is tailored to you— alleviating discomfort, dis-ease and frustrations.
