Miso Cauliflower Steaks

Put miso on anything and it is delicious - but especially with cauliflower. A great option as a vegetarian main dish or side dish!

Serves 1

The prep:

  1. Slice your cauliflower down the middle in order to get the stems and keep it attached.

  2. Steam the cauliflower, mushrooms, onion and cabbage in a pan.

  3. Remove the veggies from the pan and add olive oil. Place the cauliflower steaks back in the pan and add part of miso mixture. Cook for a few minutes, flipping steaks on both sides until slightly brown.

  4. Plate all veggies, avocado and cauliflower on top. Sprinkle green onion and pour remaining miso dressing over the steaks and enjoy!
