Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

These oats are a great way to start your day - they are full of healthy fats, protein and nutrients to fuel you and keep you full.

The prep:

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice to a jar. Add your milk, salt and stir until ingredients are completely combined.

  2. Allow oats to sit overnight and enjoy the next day! Stays good for about 5 days.

The goods:

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice

  • dash of salt
