Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
These oats are a great way to start your day - they are full of healthy fats, protein and nutrients to fuel you and keep you full.

The prep:
Add oats, chia seeds, pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice to a jar. Add your milk, salt and stir until ingredients are completely combined.
Allow oats to sit overnight and enjoy the next day! Stays good for about 5 days.
The goods:
1/3 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup milk of your choice
dash of salt
