Colorful Greek Salad

Greek salads are 100% my favorite salad of all time. The combination of cucumber, juicy tomato, crispy red onion, salty olives and a chunk of feta cheese is so simple and yet so delicious. Fresh, light, sweet and salty all in one bite. I mean c’mon what more could you ask for? If I had to eat a food for the rest of my life it might be a greek salad. Finish the salad with a light lemony dressing and you’ll definitely be drinking the juice at the bottom of the bowl. If you haven’t hopped on the greek salad train, it is now your time to!
