Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are so good and a way healthier version than regular potatoes (such as yukon). Sweet potatoes have a lot of nutrients and are super low calorie! These roasted sweet potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, absolutely delicious!
Serves 3-4
3 Easy Steps:
Heat oven to 400°F. Slice up potatoes, place in a bowl and coat with olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder and salt. Mix around until sweet potatoes are covered
Place on sheet pan, evenly dispersed. Put into oven and allow to cook for about 15 minutes. Take them out, move around sweet potatoes and add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cook for another 15, take potatoes out and move around again so all sides of potatoes get exposure.
Place pan back into oven and turn the broiler on. Allow potatoes to continue to cook until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, about another 10-15 minutes.
What you will need:
4 sweet potatoes, 1/2 inch triangles
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp onion powder
Pepper for flavor
