Loaded Veggie Toasty

Have you ever stacked your toast with THIS much stuff (especially veggies)? If not, you should give it a go.

This toast/sando was thick and full of lots of nourishing vegetables & hummus for protein. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner

Fun fact about sprouts - they are extra loaded with vitamins and minerals which help with all things health related, specifically immunity, hormone health, & heart disease

The prep:

  1. Toast your bread in a toaster or on the stove with butter or olive oil

  2. Prep all of your ingredients and stack your toast

  3. If you are feeling wild maybe turn into a sandwhich and enjoy!

  • Heirloom tomato

  • Sprouts

  • Cabbage

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Red onion

  • Artichoke hearts

  • Feta

  • Avocado

  • Cucumber
