1 bowl- Chocolate Chip Banana Blueberry Oat Muffins

Who loves baked goods that you can eat as breakfast or as a sweet treat ??

These are GF, dairy free & all natural sugars. Best part, this is a 1 bowl type of dessert so super easy to make aaand cleanup! 

Moist, chewy, soft and totally guilt free so you can eat them all day (trust me you’ll want to, my family fought over the last one)

Makes 12 muffins

The prep:

  1. Heat oven to 350F. In a bowl, combine wet ingredients first. Add dry ingredients after and mix until fully combined. Add chocolate chips, walnuts and blueberries last

  2. Pour into muffin tins and bake in oven for 25 mins

  • 3 bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon

  • dash of nutmeg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 3-4 tbsp almond butter

  • 1.5 cup oats

  • dash of salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup flax meal

  • walnuts

  • blueberries

  • chocolate chips
