GF Pumpkin Oat Bread

This pumpkin bread is the perfect breakfast bite or snack throughout your day. It isn’t too sweet and basically taste like a baked cinnamon pumpkin oat bar.

Dense, moist and soft - can’t get enough of it!

Makes 8 pieces

The prep:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl and combine. Add dry ingredients to same bowl and combine.

  2. Pour into bread dish and bake for about 17 minutes.

The goods:

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp flax egg or regular egg

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • Dash of allspice

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
