GF Pumpkin Oat Bread
This pumpkin bread is the perfect breakfast bite or snack throughout your day. It isn’t too sweet and basically taste like a baked cinnamon pumpkin oat bar.
Dense, moist and soft - can’t get enough of it!
Makes 8 pieces
The prep:
Preheat oven to 350F. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl and combine. Add dry ingredients to same bowl and combine.
Pour into bread dish and bake for about 17 minutes.
The goods:
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp flax egg or regular egg
1 1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
Dash of allspice
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
