Best Apple Bread Ever

This bread will absolutely blow your mind. If you haven’t seen my video of it on Instagram - go check it out, because my reaction says it all.

This bread is highly addictive - so be careful. It is fairly healthy - refined sugar free, gluten free and you can make it vegan or not. Your choice!

Makes 1 loaf

The prep:

  1. Chop up your apple and set aside. Heat oven to 350F. Combine all of your dry ingredients together.

  2. Combine all wet ingredients together. Slowly incorporate dry into wet mixture. Add apple pieces last.

  3. Bake for about 35-40 minutes and let cool before eating!

The goods:

  • 1 1/2 apples (honey crisp or pink lady is best)

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon plus more for sprinkle on top

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 flax eggs or 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 5 tbsp butter or coconut oil (1/3 cup), melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
