Almond Flour Fudge Brownies
These brownies are refined sugar free, gluten free, and most importantly delicious! If you like dark chocolate these are the brownies for you. They also stayed soft and fudgey for about a week, which is unheard of for any baked good! They are the kind of brownies that when crumbled make a really good froyo, ice cream, yogurt, oatmeal etc… topping. Very quick to make and require little effort :)
4 Easy Steps:
Heat oven to 350°F
Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add cocoa powder and salt, whisk until fully incorporated
Remove from heat and add sugar, and eggs one at a time, whisking between each egg. Add almond flour and baking powder. Whisk until fully combined. Pour into shallow and longer baking pan for thinner brownies, or shallow and small for thicker brownies. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for roughly 10-15 minutes (depends on how deep your dish is). Do not overcook these brownies, less time the better! Allow to cool before eating.
