Salads & Bowls

I must say, I definitely eat either a salad or bowl every day. There are so many different ways to put grains and vegetables together, and it never gets old! Here you will find some of my favorites that I have made over the years!

You will notice that some of my recipes do not have amounts for each ingredient - that is because a lot of the time I don’t measure when I cook, and I just listen to my intuition of what sounds best to me.
